How do I get a refund?
When a package is returned to h2extreme.com because a
carrier is unable to make delivery due to action,
inaction, or absence of the recipient, we will refund
your credit card less shipping charges and the product(s)
will be returned immediately to inventory. Should you
still wish to purchase these products, you may place
your order again on our website.
If you believe a shipment was returned to us due to an
error on our part or on the part of our carrier, please
